Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Performing sales and service transactions with customers.
* Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS).
* Conducting identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling.
* Assisting with mail lodgements and associate costs.
* Building relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
