Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming every guest with warmth, personality, and professionalism
* Managing guest expectations and wait times with confidence and care
* Communicating closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
* Upholding our high service standards and bringing positive energy to every shift
* Supporting pre- and post-service briefings and transitions
* Turning over tables during service, managing guests waiting and waiting times, ensuring that guests waiting are comfortably
* Serving guests, taking food and drink orders
What we're looking for:
* Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential
* Passion for people and delivering thoughtful, engaging guest interactions
* Confident using booking systems and coordinating floor movements
* Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of our venues and offerings (or willingness to learn quickly)
* A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
* Hold a valid Queensland RSA
