Business Sales Manager – Commercial Devices

Job Description
A leading global technology company is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Business Sales Manager to drive commercial device sales, manage strategic B2B accounts, and grow market presence through government and enterprise partnerships. This is a hunter role, perfect for a proactive sales expert with experience in commercial hardware and navigating government tenders.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new B2B customers through direct outreach, referral models, and collaboration with marketing and demand generation teams
* Strengthen retention and upselling efforts among existing customer base
* Act as a key commercial representative, demonstrating professional maturity in cross-functional and external engagements
* Oversee pipeline development, customer engagement, and timely fulfilment using CRM tools and internal platforms
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and merchandising teams to support commercial initiatives
* Lead customer meetings, device trials, and consult on tailored hardware solutions (e.g., Autopilot, flexible financing)
* Drive online store revenue and manage digital transactional portals
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience —especially in hardware or tech solutions
* C999 or C9826 State Government Contracts
* Tender/RFT/RFP processes in hardware procurement
* Ability to manage and grow customer/partner relationships across complex sales cycles
* Experience with demand forecasting and scaling deals through partner networks
* Highly motivated, articulate, and able to confidently close high-value deals.
Preferred Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with enterprise device programs and commercial procurement systems
* eCommerce sales experience is a strong plus
* CRM and digital sales platform experience
