Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, embody our organisational values and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
* Lead and develop a team of up to 20 members, focusing on their growth and development.
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaise with the Stock Allocator and work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store.
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.

* Has similar experience in a retail or hospitality role, though this is not essential.
