Job Responsibilities:

* Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management.

* Domestic Assistance: Provide light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services.

* Social Support/Transportation: Accompany customers to social activities, shopping, medical appointments, and other outings.

* Equipment Support: Assist customers with the use of aids and equipment, including wheelchairs, hoists, and physical aids.

* Complex Needs Support: Provide care and support to customers with complex or challenging needs.

* Well-being Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on customer progress.

* Staff Meetings and Training: Participate in team meetings and attend training sessions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* NDIS Worker Screening Check/Criminal Record Check.

* Current First Aid Certificate/CPR.
">
* Australian Driver's Licence.
">
* Reliable, Registered, and Insured Vehicle.

* Smart Phone with Internet Access.
">
* Working with Children Check (Preferred).

* Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (Preferred).
