They are an award-winning builder with an extensive client portfolio in both the public and private sectors. Their involvement spans diverse projects across Australia, including Commercial/Industrial, Community, Sport & Recreation, Education, Health, Aged Care, Tourism, Hospitality, and Retail sectors.
As one of the busiest regional builders, they are expanding their team in NSW and opening new offices in other states. As part of their growth, they are now seeking a Project Manager aspiring to advance into a Senior Project Manager role.
Skills & Experience
* A degree in Construction Management or a related qualification
* Experience in procurement, planning, forecasting, budget control, variations, and value engineering
* Experience with private and public sector projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac, Procure, or similar software
* A proven track record of completing multiple projects on time and within budget
* Experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 construction companies
* Responsibility for managing developments exceeding $20m in value
* A passion for construction
* Enjoyment in mentoring teams
* Thrives on new challenges
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and innovatively
