Overview

Physio Plus is a private multidisciplinary allied health practice servicing the Northern Rivers and North Coast.

We are searching for 2 energetic, friendly and competent Medical Receptionist's to join our vibrant, busy and growing team in our Casino and Ballina offices, working on a casual basis.

Ballina - 2 days, approx 16 hrs p/week

Potential for increased hours to cover sick leave and holiday leave as well as being available to provide cover in our other locations as required.

Applicant must be available to work an early shift (opening up the office) as well as late shift (closing the office).

The job role is varied at each office but is primarily office administration and a support role to our practitioners.

Excellent phone manner

Reliable and Versatile

Ability to work in a quick paced environment and multitask

Proficient Computer Skills (Email, Word, Printing and Scanning)

Past experience in a Medical Receptionist role preferable, but not essential as full on the job training provided.

Knowledge of HICAPS (Private Health Funds, Medicare, Workcover and NDIS) a bonus but not essential

Excellent presentation and attention to detail

Team player and willingness to learn
