We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Lead who can bring clarity, creativity, and momentum to how we position and promote our product. You will be at the heart of our go-to-market efforts—shaping how we launch features, tell our story, and help customers get the most out of Cadmus.
Responsibilities
* Own the go-to-market strategy for new product features and major launches
* Define messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas across segments
* Collaborate with product and sales to build enablement materials, pitch decks, and training sessions
* Create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive adoption and retention
* Partner with Customer Success to turn user insights into adoption strategies and marketing content
* Manage in-app notifications, email journeys, and product communications with product and growth teams
* Lead market and competitive research to influence roadmap and positioning
* Establish Cadmus as a thought leader through webinars, events, and content
What success looks like
Within 12 months, the Product Marketing Lead will:
* Enable full value realisation for educators—so every assessment is a Cadmus assessment across partner accounts
* Accelerate educator adoption and expand reach within and across institutions
* Drive end-to-end utilisation of the Cadmus product across educator workflows
* Cultivate a network of educator champions who advocate for Cadmus
* Optimise go-to-market and sales enablement to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion
In the first month
* Refine messaging by deepening understanding of the product, customers, and market
* Contribute to GTM planning with Product, Sales, and Leadership
* Support sales enablement by auditing materials and building key assets
* Deliver early wins by refreshing messaging or testing campaigns
In the following months
* Evolve our positioning for educators, decision-makers, and institutions
* Scale sales tools with enablement content for consistent sales conversations
* Launch demand-driving campaigns to build awareness and traction
* Boost customer value with onboarding and engagement content
* Accelerate adoption by improving discovery and success for educators
