Are you a Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer with strong subdivision and urban works experience, ready for a fresh challenge? The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll:
* Lead and support the project team in delivering subdivision and urban development projects from start to finish
* Be the key client-facing contact: building strong relationships with developers, consultants, subcontractors and clients
* Oversee budgets, forecasts and project performance, working closely with the Director to meet high standards of delivery
* Implement and refine systems, processes and workflows to boost efficiency, quality and safety
* Thrive in a hands-on environment where you'll contribute your technical experience, mentor others and take your leadership skills to the next level
About You
* Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (essential)
* Proven experience in subdivision or urban civil infrastructure delivery as Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager
* Commercially savvy: comfortable with budgets, reporting, performance metrics
* Strong communicator who can engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors and crews
* Mentoring mindset: able to develop and support Project Engineers and Project Supervisors
* Motivated for growth, wanting to excel in a role with increasing responsibility and impact
