Plant Mechanic | Grafton
WesTrac Grafton is seeking experienced Mobile Plant/Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join their workshop team.
As a Plant Mechanic at WesTrac, you can expect to utilise your mechanical expertise to inspect, maintain, and repair a range of Caterpillar equipment. With a key focus on safety, you will work alongside a skilled team of technicians to ensure our customers get the most from their machines and ensure minimal machine downtime.
Roster and Remuneration
* Roster: Monday to Friday Day Shift
* Hourly rates from $42.57 + super
*Rates above are a guide only, and each candidate will be assessed based on competencies and experience*
Skills & Experience
* Australia recognised Mechanical Trade qualification
* Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment or similar OEM
* Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
