Operations Leadership Role
Cleanaway is dedicated to transforming waste into valuable resources and renewable energy.
* Supervise operations across 5 sites in the Southwest region, maintaining exceptional service standards for customers.
* Lead a team of approximately 70 employees, promoting compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
* Establish performance review processes, talent management systems, and succession planning initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the commercial finance team to drive data integrity and process improvements, fostering sustainable growth. They will be accountable for operational and financial performance, including profit and loss reporting and budget management.
Key Responsibilities

* Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to suggest improvements and contribute to business growth.
* Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. A background in operations management or a related field is highly desirable.
