Following a recent acquisition, Allied Credit is expanding its Customer Service team to support the growing portfolio and has engaged Launch to recruit and onboard the new team. It's an exciting time to join and be part of a dynamic new chapter.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this is a great opportunity for an energetic individual who enjoys problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences to pave their career at Allied Credit.
This role offers flexible working arrangements from Monday to Friday, providing a great work-life balance as you work from home three days per week.
Role Responsibilities:
* Inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Responding to written correspondence received from customers
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers
* Taking ownership of complex matters and opportunity to participate in change implementation activities
* Contribute to the success of the wider Operations team
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and Senior Management
* Previous contact centre experience is preferable, but not essential, as training will be provided
* Demonstrable knowledge of Financial Services or tertiary qualification in a relevant field (completed or ongoing)
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Demonstrable proficiency across the MS Office suite or Excel is highly regarded
