THE ROLE…
As a Retail Sales and Stores team member at Beaumont Tiles, you'll play a dual role -delivering outstanding customer service in the showroom while also supporting warehouse operations. Your goal: to ensure every customer leaves delighted and inspired by their experience with us.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve driving sales and providing exceptional service. You'll also assist with warehouse duties, including stock management, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
This is a dynamic role that requires you to multitask across the showroom and warehouse, contributing as a key member of our passionate and high-performing sales team.
Within this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day
* Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
* Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty
* Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers
* Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress
* Becoming a product guru through hands-on training and demos
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM..

* Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role
* A knack for meeting (and beating!) sales goals
* An eye for detail when it comes to merchandising and presentation
* A calm, thoughtful approach to solving problems on the go
* The ability to connect easily with people and build genuine rapport
* A forklift licence or willingness to get one
* Great communication skills – you're clear, friendly, and easy to understand
* Comfortable using technology and staying on top of admin with ease
