As a Document Controller, youll be the go-to person for keeping the project team running smoothly. From managing diaries and meetings to supporting procurement, HR, and document control, your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of a major public transport upgrade.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the review and approval of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining workflows and managing data sources such as Team Binder, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensuring all project documents are securely stored and accessible in line with TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
- Supporting project teams by providing timely and accurate information, and assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and briefing notes.
- Continuously improving document management systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
