About the Opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Corporate Governance Coordinator to play a key role in governance, compliance, and assurance across a large and complex organisation. You will be part of our Legal & Corporate Governance team, collaborating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and committees to support strong governance practices across NSW. What You'll Be Doing
The Corporate Governance Coordinator provides high‐level organisational and administrative support to the Corporate Governance team, members of the NSW Health Pathology executive and proactively ensures that all portfolio administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner, supporting a range of governance, compliance and assurance functions.

Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated high level of organisation to provide efficient executive administrative support, including diary management at an executive level and provision of secretariat support for meetings.
* Advanced proficiency in using PC‐based software, including Microsoft 365 programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), SharePoint and network operations.
* High‐level communication skills, including sound interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to liaise with staff and health professionals at all levels and work cohesively within teams.
* Proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative and sound judgement, prioritise workload to respond and adapt to changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
* Sound understanding of the demands and environment of the health system, with confidentiality and discretion in issues management; preferably experience in a similar role in a complex organisation.
* Proven initiative and problem‐solving skills, high‐level ability to develop, implement and/or enhance office administrative systems and processes.
* Demonstrated experience in providing support within a governance environment, such as management and maintenance of governance databases/registers, review and update of policy documents and assistance in reporting and monitoring relevant risk issues.
