Our client is seeking a talented Designer to join their team, where you will play a vital role in bringing clients' dream homes to life. The Designer will have control of the sales sketch process in collaboration with other stakeholders and departments to create a positive customer experience whilst ensuring the design sketches meets both customer and business needs / expectations.
About You
Thrive on creativity and bring innovative thinking to your design approach
Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Ensure a positive customer journey in bringing their new home to life
Demonstrate strong time management and adaptability to varying workloads and priorities
Comprehensive knowledge of Residential R-Codes, NCC, and local government regulations and policies
Proficient in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office suite
Twinmotion rendering experience is desirable but not essential
Proven ability to produce compliant and high-quality residential designs
