Support Officer Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will assist in managing communication, provide administrative support for the sales team and General Manager, and coordinate the workplace experience.
About the Role:
* Manage office communication for everyday operational needs.
* Provide administrative support for the sales team and General Manager.
* Assist the Sales Team to prepare and implement bookings, material instructions, creative and promotions.
* Coordinate the workplace experience, including team events, awards and incentives.
About You:
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar admin role.
* Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
* Highly organised with the ability to learn systems quickly and comfortable working to deadlines.
