The Role
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/schedule their services and speaking with incoming leads to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be taught a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all required outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Flick.
- Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained.
- Transition and/or upgrade current customers to Flick’s most suitable new services.
- Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented.
- Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Support the branch with administrative tasks.
Position requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing.
- An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers quickly.
- Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as a positive member of the team.
