Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef and run the kitchen regularly on their days off.
- Contribute to a busy and vibrant venue that serves bistro-style food plus a full menu.
- Engage in a creative role and collaborate with an excellent team.
Qualifications
- Trade qualified with three or more years of experience.
- Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to produce consistent quality.
- Positive and can‑do attitude.
- Own traditional uniform and knives.
- Experience in quality à la carte dining.
- Keen eye with high attention to detail.
- Willing to assist with menu planning and suggestions.
