About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play an important and proactive role in simplifying, modernizing and expanding the capability of our systems and platforms that adhere to our technology standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
* Working with the squad to build customer-facing applications and to implement and enhance our platforms and systems.
* Helping build and develop the applications by writing high-quality, reusable, maintainable, secure, and resilient code.
* Contributing to our existing systems, services and libraries such as Design Systems and component libraries and SDKs.
* Providing realistic assessments and estimates to the business regarding the time and complexity of assigned tasks.
* Reviewing and testing your own work as well as your peers work to ensure that standards and quality levels are met.
* Taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle for your work, including development, testing, production release, and ongoing support.
* Proactively supporting and monitor the applications owned by the team.
* Partnering with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure their successful delivery.
* Following the process in place for the team such as the agile ceremonies, story kick‐offs and walkthroughs.
What we are looking for
* With solid background in front‐end, microservices and distributed systems programming.
* Has experience in building applications in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Familiarity in React Hooks and Router, State Management, Styled Components/Emotion.
* Has interest in building tooling and automation in Go or Python.
* Has experience in automated testing using react testing framework, Jest, Cypress and etc.
* Able to develop optimal solutions for both customers and the business by delving into challenges and collaborating with colleagues through brainstorming.
* Desirable: Has knowledge on GraphQL and BFF Pattern.
* Desirable: Has experience in Go, AWS and multiple modern programming languages.
