We are a small team looking to add the right person to help us create amazing experiences. The role requires someone with strong organisation and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and cool head under pressure. Excellent communication with clients, other floor and kitchen staff is a necessary attribute, as is previous experience in a similar role in a RESTAURANT.
Conditions are fantastic for the right person who has the chance to make their mark on a beautiful venue with lots of space for development. Administration and on the day supervision are both aspects of the position, which would suit someone who has the independence and interest to grow a small area of business operations into something with extensive potential.
Daytime weekend availability is an expected part of the job. One or two nights may also be necessary depending on bookings.
Clontarf is difficult to reach by public transport and this role is best suited to someone who has their own mobility. Please ensure you are familiar with our location before you submit your application to join the team.
