Great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist We are actively growing our Allied Health service offering and invite you to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical care, advice, and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant's conditions and needs.
2. Continuously evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality; modify plans as needed.
3. Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals, develop, and deliver the best care, ensuring participant care is integrated and effective.
4. Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure understanding and incorporate their needs and views into treatment and care plans.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration or willingness to attain it.
* Willingness to undertake intrastate travel and work outside normal hours as needed.
* Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family-centered practices (desirable).
* Current driver's license.
* National Police Check (no older than 3 months).
* Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
