AtLyreco, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially drivenBusiness Development Manager to identify, secure, and grow new business opportunities while developing long-term value within existing accounts. This is a high-impact role for someone who ishungry, credible, and motivated to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
* Create, develop, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned to company objectives
* Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across diverse sectors
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
* Upsell and merchandise into existing accounts to drive long-term growth
* Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
* Complete and submit competitive tender opportunities
* Maintain accurate reporting (Excel proficiency essential)
You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a collaborative, high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
* Recent, demonstrable success in B2B sales
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
* Confident, professional, and credible communicator
* Self-motivated and driven, with ambition to exceed targets
* Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
* Competent in Excel and structured reporting
* A team player who can also work independently
