The Role
As a Centre Technician, you will provide solutions and build relationships with customers while working towards advancing to a Mobile Service Technician position.
* Support daily operations at the Hose Service Centre.
* Learn hose assembly, machine/weld, and pipe-bending procedures.
* Assist customers at the counter and over the phone.
* Perform deliveries and assist with stock counts on mine sites.
Requirements
You will need:
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Able to operate machinery and use tools accurately.
* Current Manual Driver's License.
* Computer literacy and good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Professional presentation and grooming.
