The Role
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll drive the Club’s brand, patronage, and revenue growth across race days, non-race day events, sponsorship, and membership. You’ll develop and execute smart, strategic marketing plans that cut through the noise — and bring crowds through the gates.
From big campaigns like the Spring Carnival to refining the Membership and Loyalty Program, this role has scope, support, and serious potential.
You’ll manage a tight-knit Marketing team and lead agency relationships alongside a supportive environment that wants to see you succeed and grow your career.
Requirements
- Is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience
- Has a background in events, sport, hospitality, or member-based businesses
- Can confidently lead and mentor a marketing team
- Knows how to drive sponsorship value and membership growth
- Is media-savvy and experienced in brand and communications
- Has strong budget management and campaign reporting skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with tourism partnerships or destination marketing
- A flair for creative storytelling (press releases, ad copy, eDMs)
- A deep passion for racing, sport, or entertainment industries
