We are currently seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. This role will be working with the 4-5 year olds running our Kindy program.
Above award salary - Up to $55 per hour depending on qualification and experience.
Required Skills & Experience
* Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
* Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
* Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG & NQS/NQF
* Previous experience in an early childhood setting
* Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
* Ability to document children's individual learning
* Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
* ACECQA approved Bachelor qualification (or equivalent)
* Current Blue Card or exemption card
* ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification
