THE ROLE
You'll manage your portfolio end-to-end, with the autonomy to run it well and the support to make it easier.
* Build strong, genuine relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections with care and attention
* Coordinate maintenance efficiently with trusted trades
* Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews confidently
* Handle VCAT matters when required
* Ensure compliance with VIC legislation
ABOUT YOU
You know what you're doing — and you care about doing it well.
* 1–2 years' experience in property management
* Solid understanding of VIC tenancy legislation
* Clear, calm communicator
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Strong attention to detail
* Agent's Rep Certificate (or working towards it)
* Driver's licence + reliable car
