This - \*\*Customer Service Officer\*\* role is a part-time role and will report to the Village Manager. \*\*As a Customer Service Officer, your role will involve\*\*: - Providing high quality customer experience for customers, visitors, and new enquirers - Performing reception and administrative duties to meet customer needs - Updating and maintaining the resident database - Assisting with event and meeting preparation, including making bookings, organising catering, room set up and event logistics - Administration of the externally monitored emergency call system - Assisting residents to access care and support services \*\*To ensure your success in this role, you will have\*\*: - Extensive background in reception and administrative support - Tech-savvy, with a wide range of experience using Microsoft Office and other IT systems including CRM - First-Aid qualified or willing to obtain the relevant training - Exceptional verbal and written communication, including excellent interpersonal skills - Empathetic and able to build strong connections with residents and their loved ones - The drive to work autonomously and within a team being highly motivated and creative - Availability to work on Fridays is essential with additional days as mutually agreed \*\*As a valued employee, your experience matters.
