The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, managing sales conversations end-to-end, and identifying new growth opportunities. You will be a key contributor to X-Golf's expansion strategy, supporting franchise sales, non-franchise simulator sales and early-stage property identification.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries, conducting professional and consultative sales calls with prospective partners and customers.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies across:
X-Golf Franchise sales
Non-franchise simulator sales
Hey Caddy Mini Golf franchises
X-Golf non-franchise service offerings
Future brands developed by the company
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and actively progress leads through each stage of the sales journey.
Assist in achieving agreed sales targets and budgets in line with company growth objectives.
Property & Site Identification
Proactively research and identify potential property opportunities suitable for X-Golf venues.
Work collaboratively with the internal property team and external stakeholders to assess site viability.
Attend site inspections as required, collecting measurements, images and relevant site information to support feasibility assessments.
Customer Experience & Sales Process
Support the preparation of quotes, invoices and purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, timely and professionally presented.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and onboarding systems to ensure a best-in-class franchise experience.
Product & Market Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of the X-Golf product range, simulator technology, software solutions and franchise models.
Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing and market trends to support confident and informed sales conversations.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the Head of Business Development, Operations and Property teams to support broader business objectives.
Engage positively with third-party consultants and partners as required, in line with company guidelines.
Represent the X-Golf brand professionally at all times, demonstrating our values and commitment to excellence.
About You
You are confident, personable and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
You bring strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Experience in sales, franchising, property, hospitality or B2B environments will be highly regarded.
You are organised, detail-oriented and motivated by contributing to a growing national brand.

Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills
Experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment sectors is a plus
Passion for golf and familiarity with the sport is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
