Position Summary: We are seeking experienced leasing professionals to join our team at Maitland City Center Apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment leasing, marketing, resident retention, and relationship building. Responsibilities include conducting tours, managing leasing processes, executing marketing strategies, planning resident events, and maintaining positive resident relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interview prospective residents and assess their needs and qualifications. Conduct tours of model and vacant apartments, discussing layouts, amenities, and lease terms. Follow up consistently with prospects. Process applications and lease renewals in compliance with policies. Schedule move-ins and complete all related paperwork. Ensure apartment readiness prior to move-in. Follow up with new residents post-move-in. Inspect premises periodically and coordinate maintenance as needed. Plan and coordinate resident events. Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently. Assist with marketing duties, including market surveys and resident notices. Adhere to company policies, including safety and Fair Housing regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Preferred: One year of experience as a leasing professional. Relevant training or education combined with up to one year of experience. Experience with virtual and in-person tours is preferred. Knowledge of property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) is preferred. Marketing skills, including social media and resident events, are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required, depending on the property. Environmental and Physical Demands: Constant walking, standing, and sitting; frequent stair climbing; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching. Ability to lift less than 10 lbs frequently; over 10 lbs occasionally. Strong finger dexterity and sensory skills. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in moderate noise levels.
