(Wholesale) Marketing & Activations Coordinator
About the Role
We're looking for a logistical powerhouse who loves the craft industry as much as they love a well-organised spreadsheet. As our Marketing & Activations Coordinator, you will be the glue between our production and sales teams and our B2B partners. You'll manage our presence at festivals, coordinate wholesale product launches, and ensure our brand is the first choice for bars, restaurants, and bottle shops.
Key Responsibilities
Activation Mastermind: Lead the end-to-end execution of trade shows, tap takeovers, festival and partner activations.
Wholesale Growth: Develop marketing collateral (digital and print) with external vendors to support our sales team in securing new accounts.
Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand at industry events, ensuring our "story" is told consistently.
Logistics & Admin: Coordinate distribution of product, POS material and event inventory (kegs, merch, and glassware) for activations.
Digital Presence: Manage digital campaigns, promotions and B2B content to drive engagement and lead generation.
What You Bring
Industry Experience: 2+ years in marketing or events, ideally within the liquor, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
B2B Savvy: An understanding of how to communicate with venue managers, retailers and distributors.
Logistical Grit: Ability to pivot from high-level campaign planning to physically setting up a festival stand.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in CRM tools and social media platforms. Experience with design software is an advantage.
The Vibe: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for the craft beer and spirits scene.
Flexibility: The fun often happens afterhours, you'll need to be prepared to work weekends and evenings as required.
