Property Management Executive
We are seeking an accomplished Property Management Executive to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property management, with experience in managing multiple sites, supervising staff, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage building maintenance and contractor supervision: Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, and contractors are managed effectively.
* Oversee hotel front office operations: Provide exceptional customer service, manage room allocations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
* Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests: Address all guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor occupancy and revenue: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
* Mentor team members and manage rosters: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, and ensure that rosters are managed effectively to meet business needs.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and building regulations: Implement and maintain robust safety protocols, and ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with relevant regulations.
