At SKI DATA, we don't just plan projects — we build, commission, and bring them to life. We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of smart parking and digital access solutions across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
Project Setup & Pre-Installation
* Support design reviews, coordinate pre-requisites, and ensure everything is ready before installation begins.
Planning & Coordination
* Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, logistics teams, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
Onsite Project Support
* Coordinate deliveries, manage subcontractor activities (cabling, bolt-down, loop cutting), support commissioning, and assist during Go-Live.
* Assist with equipment commissioning, execute test plans, support UAT, and help close punch lists and defects.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate records, test documentation, effort registration, and compliance reporting across all project stages.
What You Bring
* Degree (or near completion) in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
* Interest or exposure to hardware, software, and technical systems (hands‐on experience is a plus, but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work to schedules and priorities.
* Confidence working on‐site and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a project delivery environment.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word).
