As ourDistributor Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving the expansion and performance of Mermed's national distributor network.
This role combinesstrategic thinking and hands-on execution– identifying which distributors to focus on, building plans that deliver growth, and following through to make it happen.
You will strengthen existing partnerships, expand product ranges, and onboard new distributors aligned with our values and long-term goals.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers strong career development potential with the opportunity to shape our national distribution strategy and future international expansion.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to increase product range, category adoption, and order frequency.
Identify and onboard new distributors across hospital, pharmacy, veterinary, and dental markets.
Develop joint growth plans with distributors to achieve mutual sales and category expansion goals.
Deliver product and sales training to ensure distributors understand Mermed's advantages and value proposition.
Collaborate with operations and leadership on pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with top partners and engage all distributors each quarter.
Support creation of marketing and training materials that help distributors drive product adoption.
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales and pipeline reporting.
What We're Looking For
4–8 years' experience inaccount management, channel sales, or business development(healthcare, manufacturing, or consumables preferred).
Agrowth mindset, with a track record of increasing revenue or product range within a distributor or B2B network.
Strongstrategic judgment– knowing where to focus for the best return – and theself-relianceto execute.
Excellentcommunication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Experience preparing or supporting marketing materials that drive engagement and sales.
A collaborative, improvement-oriented approach and ambition to step into leadership as we scale.

We offer:
Base salary $120,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $130K–$165K+)
