About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team and contribute to the creation of exquisite pastries, tarts, cakes, and desserts that complement our artisan chocolate range. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will work closely with chocolatiers to produce high-quality treats that meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Pastries and Desserts: Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts, using fresh ingredients and adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
* Product Development: Collaborate with our chocolatiers on new product development and seasonal menu design, ensuring our offerings remain innovative and appealing.
* Kitchen Management: Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety in the kitchen, managing stock levels, ingredient ordering, and kitchen efficiency effectively.
* Team Contribution: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment by providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
