Job Description
* Lead the service management and infrastructure function, covering team leadership, planning, vendor oversight and performance management.
* Oversee key ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, configuration and asset management.
* Act as Major Incident Manager and ensure strong governance over all technical changes.
* Manage performance of suppliers delivering end‑user, workplace and infrastructure services.
* Drive platform roadmaps, technology upgrades and replacement of end‑of‑life systems.
* Ensure platform compliance, risk reduction and collaboration with security and architecture teams.
* Provide specialist advice, act as an escalation point and engage stakeholders at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager, Service Management & Infrastructure Services should have:
* Proven leader in IT service management and operations within complex, multi‑vendor environments.
* Experienced in leading teams through organisational and technology change.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification highly regarded).
* Skilled in workplace, infrastructure and cloud technologies (particularly Microsoft and Azure).
* Strong governance, incident leadership and risk management capability.
