Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Store Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer service.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing coaching and development opportunities.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
* Sales Growth and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, working environment.
* Vendor Partnerships: Develop and manage vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.
* Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in the grocery or retail industry.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
* Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
