Tussle is an Australian sexual wellness brand creating clinically backed, beautifully designed products at the intersection of health, beauty and intimacy.
Our products are TGA-listed medical devices, built to a regulatory and quality standard rarely seen in the category. As the business scales nationally, we're expanding our product range while building the operational foundations required to support DTC growth and future retail partnerships.
This role sits at the core of how Tussle builds, delivers and launches product - turning ideas into compliant, high-quality products that scale with the business.
The Role
We're looking for an Operations, Innovation & Product Lead to drive the engine of the business across new product development, production, supply chain and launch execution.
This is a hybrid role spanning operations, NPD and product delivery - ideal for someone with strong corporate training who wants to apply that rigour in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
"Lead" reflects ownership of projects and processes end-to-end (not people management initially), with scope to grow alongside the business over time.

* Support inventory planning and replenishment in partnership with 3PL and warehouse providers
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience with 3PL and warehouse management systems is required
* Implement and continuously improve systems across ordering, fulfilment and logistics

* Minimum 3-5 years of operations or supply chain experience is required
* Coordinate testing workflows (compatibility, stability, performance) and manage associated documentation
* Liaise with manufacturers, labs, packaging suppliers and regulatory partners to keep projects moving and decisions clear
* Support claims development, substantiation inputs and compliance processes in regulated categories
* Experience in regulated industries such as cosmetics, supplements, or food is preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years of product development or NPD experience is required
Product & Packaging
* Support packaging development including specifications, dielines, finishes and sustainability improvements
* Manage sampling rounds and revisions across product and packaging components
* Maintain product "source of truth" documentation including BOMs, specs, QC checkpoints, change logs and cost tracking
* Support continuous improvement initiatives driven by quality standards and customer feedback
Launch Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery
* Own launch timelines across operations, product creative and customer experience
* Identify risks early and bring practical, solution-oriented options
* Translate launches into repeatable systems for future scale
* Bachelor's degree is required
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
* Smooth, predictable operational rhythms with clear visibility across supply, stock and timelines
* Successful delivery of new products from concept through to launch
* Strong product documentation and compliance foundations in place
* Launches that feel controlled, well-coordinated and repeatable
