In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Allied Health departments, providing vital administrative and secretarial support that keeps services running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver confidential, efficient, and effective administrative and secretarial support.
* Act as the key contact point for the Allied Health departments, assisting Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, and Physiotherapy Clinical Seniors with unit-specific tasks.
* Support day-to-day operations by liaising with internal staff, other government agencies, and the public.
* Maintain professional service standards, ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative processes.
Requirements:
* Experience in delivering confidential, efficient, and effective administrative services.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with staff, patients, and the public.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
