About the Centre:
Situated on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, just west of Coolum, Milestones Peregian Springs is a wonderful 75-place centre where we believe in nurturing curious minds in a holistic environment, fostering growth, creativity and social-emotional development through play-based learning. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Leader who is ready to continue the centre's journey into 2026 and embed exceeding themes and drive quality practice.
About the Role
* Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
* Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
* A current Working with Children’s Check
* Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
