Morya Pty Ltd, operating as Pizza Hut, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. Employment type: Full-time Salary range : $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) Location : Jerrabomberra, NSW Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee and manage daily fast-food chain operations of Pizza hut, ensuring efficiency in service, compliance with company policies, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Implement strategies to drive store performance, manage promotions, and encourage customer loyalty. Plan, execute, and monitor in-store promotional displays and weekly/monthly offers based on demand and product trends Manage stock levels, stock ordering, and waste reduction strategies to optimize cost efficiency Formulate pricing policies for the store by reviewing merchandising activities and as per franchisee policies Performing trend analysis of product mix to understand local market needs. Analyze financial reports, sales data, and budgets to improve profitability and operational performance Forecasting budgets and managing statistical and financial records to drive profitability. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff, resolving customer complaints, and improving service delivery. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of all team members to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or hospitality industry. Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, Management or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, extensive experience can substitute the requirement of qualification. At least two years of Australian proven experience as a Retail Manager/Store Manager Strong understanding of sales trends, financial management, and inventory control. Skills and attributes Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Knowledge of inventory management and cost control strategies. Passion for customer service and improving brand reputation.
