Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and engaging Call Centre / Customer Service team member to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and patients from our pharmacy call centre. The role involves assisting in all customer enquiries across a variety of channels (phone, email, live chat), including taking and processing orders, resolving complaints and facilitating returns. We are seeking individuals that have prior experience in an e-commerce customer-oriented role. Pharmacy experience is also preferred. This role requires great verbal and written communication skills as well as solid computer skills.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, returns and exchanges over the phone
* Provide customer support on order status and deliveries
* Responding to and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
* Ensure flow of communication within the team and to customers
* Proactively share and implement initiatives to elevate our customer experience
Requirements
* Exceptional phone manner
* Proactive, enthusiastic and self‑motivated
* Knowledgeable in pharmacy and pharmacy‑related products
* Enthusiastic about health or related industries
* Well‑developed communication, planning, interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving and selling skills
* Self‑motivated, able to set own priorities and work unsupervised
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability and willingness to interchange roles within the business
* Promptly respond to customer enquiries and complaints
* Great organisational skills are a must
* Ability to use computers and understand technology is important
