Role Description
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're seeking a highly organised Business & Procurement Assistant to work closely with our Founder/Director and Head Interior Designer in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting the engine of PSCO., assisting in and coordinating furniture procurement, providing essential business and financial administration support, and keeping projects, orders and priorities moving smoothly. It suits someone who thrives on detail, urgency and follow-through, and takes pride in being the calm, reliable force that allows creative leaders to focus on growth and innovation. Part-time hours are available, with variety across procurement, finance, operations and project coordination.
Responsibilities and Skills
• Manage furniture orders, ETAs, invoices and payments
• Track budgets, project costs and procurement
• Provide day-to-day Director and business support
• Confident using Xero & Excel (essential)
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven
• Experience in interiors, furniture or property (preferred)
