Job Title: Online Orders and Dispatch Team Member
This role involves administering all aspects of on-line customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for tools & trades.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer all aspects of On-line customer orders.
2. Place items on order for online/special customer orders.
3. Pick, pack, process and book transport for online orders.
4. Ensure online delivery and click and collect time KPIs are met at all stores.
5. Supporting customer queries and offering solutions if needed.
6. Monitor the maintenance of online customer orders and Back orders.
7. Liaise with suppliers regarding online back orders.
8. Ensure courier pick up, ETAs, receiving and dispatch of all online orders are in line with expectation and report non-compliance to Management.
9. Maintain a tidy organized work area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in.
1. Dispatch Warehouse:
1. Monitoring and processing All goods Outward Orders in a timely manner.
2. Pick, pack, process and book transport for all goods outwards orders.
3. Maintain a tidy organized dispatch warehouse area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in.
4. Liaise with Store/Assistant managers with all OH&S warehousing requirements.
This position requires an organised and detail-oriented person who must have previous experience using an inventory system.
The successful candidate will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Previous goods receiving experience is essential to excel in this role.
