We are seeking an experienced person to effectively manage complex engineering & infrastructure assets and maintenance contracts for the Monash Health facilities.

Summary of Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;
- Ensure the AIMS/ CMMS is maintained with accurate asset data & management procedures are implemented to capture maintenance activities, assets maintenance histories, maintenance costs, etc.
- Manage minor works projects.
- Assist engineering managers to identify key critical assets and develop AMP to align with AMAF and ISO 55000.
- Ensure the relevant maintenance contracts are managed effectively & efficiently to meet agreed KPIs.
- Manage contractor performance in accordance with OHS regulations.
- Provide full coverage for the maintenance & operations coordinators during their absence.
- Ensure day to day maintenance needs are actioned in a timely manner.
- Ensure comprehensive asset database is developed across key MH sites & necessary data/ information management procedures are implemented to capture maintenance activities, assets maintenance histories, maintenance costs, etc.
- Establish reporting mechanisms to track asset performance & analyse life cycle data.
- Financial accountability.

**About You**
Selection criteria:
- _ Appropriate trade qualification (e.g. Electrical, Plumbing) with comprehensive assets/ contract management experience, preferably in a health engineering environment._
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Building Services
- Demonstrated knowledge of plant performance & maintenance strategies
