About The Role
We're currently seeking a Revit Documenter or Mid‐Level Designer for an immediate contract opportunity with a busy Melbourne‐based studio. This role will focus on space planning and test fitting for spec suites and smaller workplace fitouts, supporting a strong pipeline of projects.
This is a hands‐on production role—ideal for someone who enjoys working efficiently in Revit and can confidently plan functional, well‐resolved layouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare test fits and space planning layouts for workplace spec suites
* Produce accurate Revit documentation for smaller fitout projects
* Work across multiple fast‐paced projects simultaneously
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick turnaround layouts
* Ensure plans are practical, compliant, and aligned with client requirements
About You
* Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
* Proven experience in space planning / test fitting (workplace preferred)
* Background in office fitouts or workplace interiors highly regarded
* Ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple projects
* Solid understanding of workspace planning principles and standards
* Detail‐oriented with a strong documentation skillset
