Job Description
This key role will support our onsite Account Management teams across key client partnerships, including managing operations, contract governance, supplier service contracts, reporting, financial management, and special projects.
* Provide support to Account Managers, ensure effective operations, facilitate communication, ensure policy consistency, and chair the Account Manager forum for best practices.
* Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry regulations.
* Own the planning, delivery, and follow-through associated with Governance requirements as outlined under each Service Agreement and partnership.
* Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring service levels are met and performance standards are maintained without interruptions.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for the company.
* Prepare and manage monthly Cost Centre reports in partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Manage WMS Debtors reporting, ensure monthly WMS invoices are paid in line with agreed payment terms.
* Identify, assess, recommend, and implement new operational systems and processes designed to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
* Oversee payroll and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, manage compensation structures, and handle employee benefits enrolment and queries.
