About The Role
The Facilities Manager provides strategic, cultural, and operational leadership for Eraring Power Station's site services, facilities, and property portfolio. The role leads a team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient operations aligned with Origin's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all site services and coordination activities for internal teams and contractors
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for facilities services
Oversee site security and maintain relationships with emergency services and government agencies
Manage the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Drive continuous improvement in asset performance, safety, and environmental outcomes
