Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to deliver a practical, high‑impact people experience aligned to business strategy, building leadership capability through coaching and trusted advice
* Design, deliver and embed people initiatives (including D&I, wellbeing and safety) that translate culture and strategy into simple, effective practice with measurable impact
* Manage employee relations and operational people matters in partnership with People Services, providing guidance and escalating risks appropriately
* Lead people projects aligned to business priorities, ensuring effective delivery and outcomes
* Use people data and insights to identify issues, improve engagement and lift performance
* Translate business needs into clear people and system requirements, assessing options and recommending practical solutions (including build vs buy where relevant)
* Build strong, trusted partnerships across the business to support delivery of organisational goals
