Our client is looking ERP Implementation Advisor to provide advisory support in relation to the Department’s ERP Program.
At a high level, the key deliverables will include:Provide strategic and technical assistance on the ERP delivery approach, integration and risk on the design, build, testing and implementation of the ERP solution to support the department to comply with its statutory requirements.Support the Department's internal ERP Program Support team who will support and prepare relevant documentation, including preparation of consolidated reports for the ERP Program Board covering progress, risks, financials and decision requests.
About the projectThe Department currently uses SAP release ECC6.0 (ECC6) as its Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system. ECC6 is SAP's final release of this legacy generation, on-premise database and is approaching end-of-life, with end-of-support anticipated in the next few years. As such, in order to maintain its ERP functions the Department is working to upgrade its ERP system and migrate to a new product. The Department anticipates that this will be a complicated transformation and data migration project and is a challenging and time-consuming project which requires resources with the relevant skill sets and experience to deliver this multiyear project..Essential criteria1.Approach: the approach to delivering the services, including identification of key risks, issues and dependencies applicable.2.Experience: demonstrable experience in digital transformation investments, particularly ERP systems.
